i'm utterly disappointed with my junior.

i feel like crying.
i've been his trainer, and i think i failed.
this is a kind of cadet that i trained.


all of a sudden, i recalled of the incident during the 2nd night debrief.
its really hard for a jnr to understand a snr's perspective.
